Delivery and Returns

Shipping

All Fiftytwo orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Those placed Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday. Orders paid by prepayment will be shipped on the day of the payment receipt. We offer europe-wide shipping and use DHL as our main logistics partner. All parcels sent are completely traceable, and delivery is usually around 2-4 business days, unless other delivery times are given within the webshop.

Import fees and customs are not included for orders outside the EU.

If there’s any delay in your shipment, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll let you know right away via email or telephone. If you order more than one item, and one or more of your items are back-ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your back-ordered item(s) become available.

How will I track my order?

Once we have packed your order, you will receive an Email notification with the tracking information for you to follow your goods from our warehouse to your door. Please note that for the shipping services we use, there may be a slight delay (up to 24 hours) in how quickly they can update the tracking information after we have dispatched.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Any purchased product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery without stating any reasons. The items must be in their original condition and unused. Customers can return their items to our warehouse in Germany.

How do I arrange a return?

Send us an email to hello@fiftytwo.shop with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will help you process from there.

Who pays for the return?

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, and you may ship with the carrier of your choice to our warehouse in Germany.
